The registered delegates will be entitled to
participate in the technical sessions, exhibition,
luncheons and social programmes, including dinners.
The conference material, abstracts and proceedings in CD-ROM format, will be
made available at the Conference venue.
Participants are advised to register well in advance to avoid inconvenience and
last minute rush.
Online Payment
Delegates can now pay their Delegate Fee using 128 Bit secured Payment Gateway of ICICI Bank.
STEPS FOR ONLINE REGISTRATION
- Step 1.Please fill up and submit the Registration Form.
- Step 2.In response, you will receive an e-mail, which will have a link for activation of your account and for authentication of your e-mail Id.
- Step 3.Click on the link.
- Step 4.Once you click on the link, you will receive another e-mail containing your User-Id and Password.
- Step 5.You can now login into your account and view your profile. You can use the online payment gateway to pay the registration fee using your credit card.
Offline Payment
All remittances should be made through local Cheque or Bank Draft
(for Indian delegates) and Bank Advice or Bank Draft (for foreign delegates)
drawn in favour of PETROTECH-2009 payable at State Bank of India, CAG Branch,
11th Floor, Jawahar Vyapar Bhavan, 1, Tolstoy Marg, New Delhi - 110001
(Current A/c No. 30298817698) or ICICI Bank Ltd., ICICI Bank Tower, NBCC Place, Bhishma

along with the completed Registration Form to the PETROTECH Secretariat so as to reach
on or before November 30th, 2008 at the address given below:

Overseas payments could also be made through Telegraphic Transfer in favour of PETROTECH-2009

Cancellation
10% of the delegate fee will be charged for all cancellations on or before 15th Dec. 2008. The delegate fee cannot be refunded after this date. Substitutions are welcome at any time till 31st Dec. 2008.
Letter of Invitation
To receive a letter of invitation for the event (for visa purposes), you must first register for the conference. When this is done, please send a request, along with details of your registration to delegates_petrotech@iocl.co.in and you will then receive a letter of invitation from PETROTECH-2009.
